Mr. Pradeep Poddar is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai University, 1976 and is also a PGDM (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, 1978. He is a well-regarded business leader and a brand builder with an illustrious professional career spanning over 38 years with global and Indian companies like Glaxo India, Heinz India and Tata Global Beverages. A business leader with expertise in consumer strategy & marketing, he has a demonstrated history of exceptional performance, innovation and brand creation.

Mr. Poddar started his career with Glaxo where he quickly grew up the ranks through various roles and was appointed Young Global Leader. In 1996, he became the first Managing Director of Heinz for South Asia , leading the Company successfully for nearly a decade by creating a robust and sustainable business platform. Later in 2007, he joined Tata Global Beverages to lead the Group's foray into healthy beverages and foods. As Global President of Water & Functional Beverages, he created a virtual organization across the world for Innovation and Incubation, establishing eight global patents in products and process. He also represented the Tatas on numerous Boards before retiring from Tata Global Beverages in May 2016.

Post his retirement from the Tata Group, Mr. Poddar has been advising several business leaders and companies on growth strategy, branding & corporate governance. He has been a Trustee and Board Member of United Way of Mumbai since 2009. In the past, he led the American Chamber of Commerce Bombay Chapter, working closely with American Ambassadors in India and the US Consul General Mumbai, supporting the strengthening business relationship between the US and India.

Dilen is an award-winning sales & marketing professional with over 20 years of experience with blue-chip FMCGs like Gillette, P&G and PepsiCo. Through his career he has worked on many different product categories both in India and abroad where he has delivered consistent, high quality results - including creating several $100MM brands, turning around businesses after years of decline or accelerating large businesses. In his most recent assignment he served as the Regional Marketing Director responsible for Reckitt’s Health and Nutrition portfolio in South Asia.

Raj Jadhav is a food technology graduate from UDCT, Mumbai. He has been working with Tasty Bite® as the General Manager. With cross-functional experience in managing various aspects of organisation involving manufacturing, quality assurance & quality systems, new product development, supply chain management, logistics, export-import, and client relationship management.

Terence D'Cruz is an engineering graduate from Bharathiar University. He has 26 years of rich experience as an engineer at both national and international levels. Passionate about engineering and automation, he carries a unique experience in the food industry as a seasoned food engineering professional.

During the last eight years with Tasty Bite®, he has played a vital role in planning & executing strategic plans across all business segments at the factory level. His keen vision for engineering promotes the best organizational patterns and practices to keep the facility future ready and tackle high-level challenges and balances quality with speed.

Abhash Nigam is a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth. He holds an MBA degree from the esteemed Great Lakes Institute of Management, where he specialized in Marketing and Finance. For the past 10 years, Abhash has been an integral part of the Tasty Bite family and during his tenure, he has made significant contributions to the company's success through his expertise in business development, account management and customer service management in the B2B sector.

With his strategic approach and customer-centric mindset, Abhash has played a crucial role in expanding the business and he currently head the sales & marketing for TFS, the company’s foodservice division.

Ankit Singhal is the deputy general manager of our supply chain. He holds a B. Tech in agricultural engineering from G.B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and holds a management degree from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA). He is a Certified CII SCM Pro and an expert in identifying and managing risks in the commodity value chain. He also brings a deep understanding of the agriculture and food supply chain.

Bikram Keshari Barai is a Doctorate in Food Technology, from ICT, Mumbai, Bikram has over 20 years in various Industries spanning Gums & Confectionery, Breakfast Cereals, Foods etc. He has previously been leading the Quality Food Safety vertical at Mars Wrigley India, Kelloggs & Tilda. With Key experience and Expertise in Food Safety &  Quality Systems. He has worked and significantly contributed in the areas of Rice Post Harvest Technology, GFSI Standard Implementations, Storage & Pest Control, New Product Development, Food Regulatory and Cultural transformations. He also has a keen interest in Industry-Academia relations and has served as Faculty at the University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and as a visiting Faculty at the VJTI, Mumbai.

Ms. Sandhya Khorate is a professional Chef with 21 years of experience in Operations, Research & Development, Quality, Project Management, 3 P Management, Process Optimisation & Value Leadership, Designing & Planning, Risk Assessment & Collaboration across Food & Beverage domain in India & abroad. Earlier associated with Holiday Inn India(Six Continents), Al Ghaliya Group(Bahrain), with Tasty Bite since 2008.

He loves to partner with CEOs/ Business Leaders to drive Growth, PAT & Cash Objectives. He has worked with organizations like P&G, Mondelez International, J&J and Godrej Consumer in various roles contributing to supply chain agenda across India, APAC & Africa. He is passionate about talent management, sustainability & governance. He is deeply interested in following emerging technologies and newer business models.
