Mr. Pradeep Poddar is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai University, 1976 and is also a PGDM (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, 1978. He is a well-regarded business leader and a brand builder with an illustrious professional career spanning over 38 years with global and Indian companies like Glaxo India, Heinz India and Tata Global Beverages. A business leader with expertise in consumer strategy & marketing, he has a demonstrated history of exceptional performance, innovation and brand creation.
Mr. Poddar started his career with Glaxo where he quickly grew up the ranks through various roles and was appointed Young Global Leader. In 1996, he became the first Managing Director of Heinz for South Asia , leading the Company successfully for nearly a decade by creating a robust and sustainable business platform. Later in 2007, he joined Tata Global Beverages to lead the Group's foray into healthy beverages and foods. As Global President of Water & Functional Beverages, he created a virtual organization across the world for Innovation and Incubation, establishing eight global patents in products and process. He also represented the Tatas on numerous Boards before retiring from Tata Global Beverages in May 2016.
Post his retirement from the Tata Group, Mr. Poddar has been advising several business leaders and companies on growth strategy, branding & corporate governance. He has been a Trustee and Board Member of United Way of Mumbai since 2009. In the past, he led the American Chamber of Commerce Bombay Chapter, working closely with American Ambassadors in India and the US Consul General Mumbai, supporting the strengthening business relationship between the US and India.
Dilen is an award-winning sales & marketing professional with over 20 years of experience with blue-chip FMCGs like Gillette, P&G and PepsiCo. Through his career he has worked on many different product categories both in India and abroad where he has delivered consistent, high quality results - including creating several $100MM brands, turning around businesses after years of decline or accelerating large businesses. In his most recent assignment he served as the Regional Marketing Director responsible for Reckitt’s Health and Nutrition portfolio in South Asia.

Abhash Nigam is a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth. He holds an MBA degree from the esteemed Great Lakes Institute of Management, where he specialized in Marketing and Finance. For the past 10 years, Abhash has been an integral part of the Tasty Bite family and during his tenure, he has made significant contributions to the company's success through his expertise in business development, account management and customer service management in the B2B sector.
With his strategic approach and customer-centric mindset, Abhash has played a crucial role in expanding the business and he currently head the sales & marketing for TFS, the company’s foodservice division.
Ankit Singhal is the deputy general manager of our supply chain. He holds a B. Tech in agricultural engineering from G.B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology and holds a management degree from the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA). He is a Certified CII SCM Pro and an expert in identifying and managing risks in the commodity value chain. He also brings a deep understanding of the agriculture and food supply chain.
Bikram Keshari Barai is a Doctorate in Food Technology, from ICT, Mumbai, Bikram has over 20 years in various Industries spanning Gums & Confectionery, Breakfast Cereals, Foods etc. He has previously been leading the Quality Food Safety vertical at Mars Wrigley India, Kelloggs & Tilda. With Key experience and Expertise in Food Safety & Quality Systems. He has worked and significantly contributed in the areas of Rice Post Harvest Technology, GFSI Standard Implementations, Storage & Pest Control, New Product Development, Food Regulatory and Cultural transformations. Vidhu is an influential HR leader with over 15 years of experience across the FMCG and Retail industries. Throughout her career, she has excelled in managing organizational change, translating business vision into talent strategy, and impacting culture through grassroots consensus building.
Vidhu began her career at PepsiCo, where she gained valuable experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. She played a crucial role in developing and implementing programs that enhanced employee engagement, development, and retention.
Prior to joining Tasty Bite, Vidhu was a pivotal contributor within the HR Leadership Team at Gap Inc., APAC, where she was renowned for effectively building, coaching, and leading HR teams through transformative change. She brings diverse experience in both business partnering and specialist roles and possesses strong knowledge in implementing coherent HR strategies. Vidhu's expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management has consistently delivered results aligned with business objectives.
Beyond her professional achievements, Vidhu is passionate about coaching leaders and runs an Instagram community for People Leaders. She also loves to cook global cuisines. On the family front, she is married to Mukul, an advocate who successfully runs his own law firm.
With over two decades of an illustrious career in globally recognized MNCs, he brings extensive expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, factory operations, and operational excellence. His proven track record showcases a strong focus on enhancing customer service, agility, cost efficiency, quality, safety, sustainability, and social impact, delivering measurable outcomes in every facet of business operations. He has spearheaded strategic transformations across diverse industries, managing the entire value chain and revitalizing business units and internal/external factories. As a Master Black Belt, he has successfully led operational excellence (OE) deployments across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver functions while pioneering Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his expertise in global markets, having previously led financial operations for L’Oréal in Vietnam and most recently overseeing financial strategy for L’Oréal’s Shared Services Center in Malaysia, covering 19 markets across South Asia, North Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. His financial leadership has been instrumental in aligning operations with business goals and driving value across diverse regions.
With 20+ years at top-tier organizations like Asian Paints, Marico and L’Oréal, he has gained deep insights into customer-centric and supply chain-intensive businesses, which, combined with his experience in matrixed structures and promoter -led companies, provide him with a well -rounded perspective on complex business environments. Sandeep, a Management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad and LLB from CCS University of Meerut, having 14 years of rich experience in regulatory compliance & developing corporate communication strategy. He started his career with Delhi Police where he handled more than 300 cases ranging from forgery to cyber-crime for the span of 8years. He also had a laurel to lead SWAT commando team for Delhi Police and successfully executed 10 life threatening operations leading to arrest of terrorist and gangster.
Before joining us, he worked with Rebel Foods India Ltd. as India Head Corporate Affairs, where he spearheaded organization’s regulatory, compliance, permission and licenses for countrywide cloud kitchen operations. He has also worked for more than 4 years with KEC International Ltd. (RPG group) where he had experience to ensure strict adherence to contractual conditions and local laws at project sites spanning South Asia.
