Meera Vasudevan is Co-founder & Exec VP of Marketing and Product Development.

She spearheaded the launch of the Tasty Bite Research Center (TBRC) in Pune, India. TBRC today is a center for excellence in prepared foods R&D and focuses on product, process and ingredient innovation. It was recently accredited by the Dept. of Scientific and Industrial Research, of the Govt. of India.

Meera also co-founded ASG-Omni a US and India based consulting firm involved in the design and execution of entry strategies for large US corporations looking to do business in India. Clients included Westinghouse, Tropicana, AMP, Oceanspray, Sycamore Networks, Bozell worldwide etc.

Meera began her career in market research at MARG (Marketing & Research Group), India. MARG is now part of the Nielsen group. Meera was an early member of a pioneering team of qualitative researchers in India, and has worked on a number of global brands and on large social research projects for UNICEF and the Indian Ministry of Health (family planning, child immunization, leprosy control, environment, etc). After nearly a decade there, Meera co-founded India's first specialist and today its largest qualitative research firm, Quantum Market Research

She has also served on some non-profit boards in the US, including the U-Thant Institute for Peace and GOPIO (Global Organization of People of Indian Origin).

She co-authored part of a book, "Drivers of Global Business Success-Lessons from Emerging Markets" (Macmillan, 2004). She has a Bachelors in English with post-graduate qualifications in Marketing from the University of Madras and INSEAD, France.
